According to the correspondent of IRNA, the second night of the concert began on Tuesday evening, a few minutes late, with the song “Dorooghe” (It’s a Lie).

After this song Fallahi said: “I’m very happy to be back in Tabriz after such a long time, and singing for such cultured people gives you energy.”

After performing “Rafigh-e Khastegi-ham” (Friend of My Weariness) and “Ye Rooz Saafi, Ye Rooz Abri” (One Day Clear, One Day Cloudy), he said: “The presence of East Azerbaijan’s Director General of Culture and Islamic Guidance at this concert is a sign of the people’s hospitality, and I thank the people of Tabriz for their warm welcome.”

Introducing Davoud Jafari as the band’s accordionist, he said: “This blind member of our band holds a doctorate in music from a university in Austria.”

Later in the concert Fallahi performed the folk song “Katan Koynak”, another Azeri piece, “Kucheh Lareh Su Sepmisham”, was also played, and he went on to sing “Lanat Be Man” (Damn Me), “Lahzeha” (Moments), “Akharin Nafas” (Last Breath) and “Azat Motashakeram” (Thank You).

Before singing “Leila”, he said: “Leila is a symbol of the Iranian women whose husbands went away so that you and I could live in peace today.”

“Ghorboon-e Mast-e Negahat”, “Kash Nadooni” (I Wish You Didn’t Know), “Baraye Baran” (For Baran), “Toro Doost Daram” (I Love You), “Omgh-e Ehsas” (Depth of Feeling), “Ghalb-e Yakhi” (Frozen Heart) and “Khoshbakhti” (Happiness) were among the other songs performed.
